Acceptance
By using Kireo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Kireo. These terms apply to the web app, API, and MCP server.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@kireo.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permitted use
Kireo is for personal use by individual developers, researchers, and knowledge workers. You may use the API to build personal tools. You may not resell access or build commercial services on top of Kireo without a separate agreement.
Billing & refunds
The Free plan is free forever. Pro is free during the beta (normally $4.9/mo); we'll give notice before beta pricing ends. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing cycle. Refunds follow our Refund Policy — 14-day, no-questions.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or put the platform at risk. Where practical, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your data first.
Limitation of liability
Kireo is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kireo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including uptime loss or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Kireo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
